5.1. Thumbnail requirements:
a) Thumbnails are allowed to upload only in the form of a preview by click. The size of the preview is from 150 to 350 pixels on the larger side and from 45 pixels on the smaller side.

Also specify audio bitrate.

So:
preview screenshots and imagelist = maximum 350 px on the longest side.
On the host:
screenshots equal to the original video resolution without resizing.
Instead imgelist maximum 1200px in width. Did I get it right?
