As the protagonist u have affairs with 4 women: ur teacher (a widow), a piano instructor (recently had a child, but husband pays no attention), a policewoman whose husband also pays no attention, and a girlfriend from years ago.
Lots of insult scenes like having sex with the widow at her husband's grave site and sexing the new mother from behind while she bends over the crib.
